This beautiful 100m² apartment is located on the 1st floor with an elevator; it sleeps 5 people (4 adults and 1 infant) and consists of:
-A large, bright living room opening onto a lush garden with a view of the pool and the golf course. You’ll be welcomed into a tastefully decorated, chic setting with a few oriental touches.
-A fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space and all the necessary equipment for preparing delicious meals. You’ll quickly feel right at home here!
-A bedroom with a double bed and a large built-in closet.
-A bedroom with two single beds and a built-in closet.
-A bathroom with a jacuzzi
-A shower room with a walk-in shower
-A south-facing terrace with a breathtaking view of the Atlas Mountains

A hotel-quality cleaning service is provided before your arrival and after your departure
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a Welbnb concierge who will hand you the keys.
A Welbnb agent will be there upon your arrival to hand you the keys and give you a tour; they will remain available throughout your stay for any requests or advice.
Located in the Musc Garden neighborhood, the residence is about ten minutes away from all of Marrakech’s major tourist attractions (the Medina, Jemaa El Fna Square, Gueliz, El Badii Palace, El Bahia Palace, etc.).
Located between the Menara Mall and Al Mazar, it takes just five minutes to reach these shopping centers.
The accommodations are close to downtown. The Menara Mall is just a 5-minute drive away. You can take a taxi to downtown or Jemaa el-Fna for 25 DH/30 DH, or 2.5€/3€
Check-in is after 3:00 PM only.
Please note the following additional fees:
- Check-in between 9:00 PM and midnight: 100 DH
- Check-in between midnight and 6:00 AM: 200 DH
IMPORTANT: We would like to inform our valued guests that:
- For Moroccan or mixed-nationality couples (if one spouse is a Moroccan national), a marriage certificate is required and must be presented at check-in.
- It is strictly prohibited to bring or consume illegal substances within the accommodation or residence.

- You are asked to be considerate of the neighborhood (quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM) and to respect local customs and traditions. Parties and events are not permitted.

- Any additional guests must be reported to the host.
- Only families, couples, and mixed-gender groups are permitted in our accommodations, in accordance with the residence’s rules.
