About this apartment rental
A splendid, upscale apartment in the heart of a quiet, high-end residential complex in Marrakech Golf City, with two swimming pools and a golf course nearby. Decorated with fine materials, this apartment guarantees a touch of luxury for your stay in Marrakech.
Accommodating up to 5 people (4 adults and 1 child), the apartment features a large, bright living room opening onto a lush garden with views of the pool and the golf course. You’ll be welcomed into a tasteful and chic setting with a few oriental touches.
The fully equipped kitchen offers ample storage space and all the necessary appliances for preparing delicious meals. You’ll quickly feel right at home here!
As for the sleeping areas, each of the two bedrooms features a double bed and a large built-in closet.
Two spacious bathrooms are available. One features a walk-in shower, and the other has a whirlpool tub for relaxing after long days exploring the “Red City.”
Finally, you can also enjoy the residence’s swimming pools and large green space in complete tranquility.
Two private pools, green space, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, etc.
Sheets, towels, and travel kits are provided.
The entire apartment is private; the pool is shared.

Located in the Musc Garden neighborhood, the residence is just a few minutes away from all of Marrakech’s top tourist attractions (the Medina, Jemaa El Fna Square, Gueliz, El Badii Palace, El Bahia Palace, etc.).
Located between the Menara Mall and Al Mazar, it takes just five minutes to reach these shopping centers.
Taxis are readily available upon request at the residence’s entrance.
We can arrange an airport-to-residence shuttle service with a private driver, as well as car rentals and excursions.
Check-in after 3:00 p.m. only.
Please note the following additional fees:
- Check-in between 9:00 p.m. and midnight: 100 DH
- Check-in between midnight and 6:00 a.m.: 200 DH
IMPORTANT: We would like to inform our valued guests that:
- For Moroccan or mixed-nationality couples (if one spouse is a Moroccan national), a marriage certificate is required and must be presented at check-in.
- It is strictly prohibited to bring or consume illegal substances within the accommodation or residence.
- Sex tourism is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion and legal action.
- You are asked to be considerate of the neighborhood (quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM) and to respect local customs and traditions. Parties and events are not permitted.
- If the rules regarding disturbances are not followed, the agency reserves the right to evict tenants before the end of their stay.
- Any additional guests must be reported to the host.
- Only families, couples, and mixed-gender groups are permitted in our accommodations, in accordance with the residence’s rules.
- Regarding the use of the pool and balconies, the renter is responsible for their family and children; the Agency disclaims all liability in the event of negligence on the part of the renter.
