This large three-bedroom unit is located on the 5th floor with beautiful beach views. Access the private balcony with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from the main bedroom and the living area. On this fantastic balcony, four Adirondack chairs and table give your group plenty of space to sit back and relax. Located directly on the beach, it will be easy to go back and forth between the pool and the beach with the ability to grab snacks from the condo. When you're not checking out some of the local restaurants, bring food down grill out and have a picnic at the communal gazebo. Guest Access:
Romar Tower does require parking passes. The complex charges $53/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. Your parking passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out completely and place it visibly on your vehicle's dashboard.
No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.

We liked the location of this condo, we liked that it was a smaller complex. It was a little outdated, cookware and bedding could be updated, but it was clean, we enjoyed our time there

It was a nice place, just did care for the mold in the bathroom and the bedding stuff on the bed, it was old and didn't seem to be clean. Went to the store and bought new stuff to sleep on and new covers
