Welcome to Romar Place 102! Step into this relaxing beachfront condo located on the first floor of Romar Place. You will feel right at home with the conveniences this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home has to offer. The convenient first floor is great access to the pool and steps away from the beautiful white sandy beaches. Great for families with little ones, you can sit on the patio and watch them play with no worries. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is stocked with pots/pans/utensils. The living space has a large flat screen TV to relax after a day on the beach. This unit is equipped with a washer and dryer.
The main bedroom features a king bed with a flat screen TV and access to the balcony. The ensuite main bathroom features a large vanity with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features a queen bed with a flat screen TV, and the second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features a bunk bed with a twin bed over a double-size bed, accompanied by a flat-screen TV.

You must be 25 years old to rent at Romar Place.
Romar Place is located in beautiful Orange Beach on the beach, within walking distance from Wolf Bay Restaurant, Ruby Slipper Cafe, or Doc's Seafood. Attractions in the area include Adventure Island, Beachside Mini Golf, and the Arcade. Romar Place is located a short drive from the Wharf with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment at your fingertips
No parking of trailers, RVs, or watercraft allowed onsite.
The complex DOES require parking passes and wristbands. The complex charges $50/parking pass and limits TWO vehicles per condo. You will need to purchase your parking registration at the front office onsite at Romar Place immediately upon arrival. Wristbands - yellow- these are for all guests ages 13 & above. Red wristbands - these are for all guests 12 & under and will be distributed upon arrival- registration and asked to be returned upon departure. There will be a drop off stand in the lobby for returns. If someone loses their bracelet they can come to the office and purchase another one for $10.00 (debit or credit only). The bracelets are rubber and can fit on the wrist or ankle. The bracelets must be worn at all times while on the premises. Failure in wearing the bracelet will prohibit anyone from using the common amenities.

Great spot, close to pool and beach with enough roaming space for young children. Incredible view. Quiet. Well equipped condo with attention to esthetics. Beachy but not over done. All the necessary cooking utensils etc.. Beach not crowded. Security guard was on top of things and found a pair of expensive prescription sunglasses I had lost. Indoor pool a plus. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent the same place again. Only issue was dirty sheets/bed covers/pillow cases upon arrival.

Loved it - had a wonderful stay in Orange Beach. You can't beat the access to the pool and the beach. Can't wait to come back!
