About this apartment rental
When you step into this condo, the relaxation begins! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you'll need! The views from the living room and master bedroom are fabulous! There is balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom. The living room has lots of seating and a 75" smart tv! (***There is no sofa sleeper***)The kitchen is fully stocked and updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. And there is plenty of seating in the dining area and at the kitchen bar! The dining table has a bench on one side, so you can fit all of the kiddos there! And, there is a dry bar for all of your "refreshments"!
The master bedroom has a king bed, entrance to gulf front balcony and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom hosts a queen bed and the third bedroom is perfect for the kids! In the third bedroom, there are two twin beds PLUS a set of double bunk beds! Lots of fun to be had in this room! There is a 2nd bathroom for those two guest rooms.

The rooms were very clean. The views of the beach were fantastic. We could walk right to the beach. Great Stay

Overall we had a great visit. There were a few issues with the ac unit and the elevator the first two days but after that it was smooth sailing. This place isn't new, it is a little worn out and somethings need some touch ups. The handle on the bottom drawer was broken. Front door extremely heavy/hard to push open. One of the white beds the leg was bent and one was missing a support in the middle. The king size bed was extremely comfortable but the bedframe was very poorly put together. The noise from the pool next door was irksome at times. I loved the place for my husband and , it would have been absolutely perfect. For my kids it was kinda a bummer seeing the awesome pool next-door. Overall fairly clean and extremely polite and helpful hosts. I would stay again, especially if they addressed some of the smaller issues; just not with my kids.

It was a beautiful place to stay . We had a slight problem when we arrived but it was taken care of really quick and I couldn’t have asked for nicer people to talk to . Appreciate that so much ! I’d stay there again definitely!

Nice view of the ocean! Very outdated! No security as advertised! There were people parking and using the pool that didn’t stay there, also can’t see out the peephole and there were no lights outside or in the pool for 2 days. The cooking pots and pans were not the best. We will most likely be looking elsewhere for our next visit.
