Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall our stay was great. A few minor complaints but that wouldn’t prevent me for renting this house again. Plenty of towels, cookware, plates and silverware. The house is perfect for kids and teenagers. My group loved the game. I just wished all the games worked. The water for showers w

The house was just as described! The game room was so fun and the kids never wanted to come out. Exactly as the description and pictures showed.The air conditioner upstairs was awful. It was 78-80 degrees during the by 10am and usually didnt cool off until sometime around 2-3am. Which made a good portion of sleeping hours unbearable. Showering and getting ready while your sweating isnt ideal either.The refrigerator did not keep our food cold. We ended up throwing a lot of things away and keeping drinks on ice, which I dont think is okay at all.I was told I could not get grocery delivery nor could our group get to the resort prior to check in to use the community amenities, which was false. I called directly to the resort who told me that was absolutely not true. We arrived at 12 and went into the community pool and had groceries delivered after check in. I was getting conflicting information between VRBO and Vacasa and the resort which makes navigating 17 people traveling 2.5 hours away a tad stressful. Add on the added stress of a hot house and a refrigerator not cooling hundred of dollars worth of food and a customer service rep basically telling you ‘theres nothing we can do. just get ice’..it wasnt the most pleasant experience I ever had.
