Your tropical escape awaits! Welcome to this fabulous, updated 3-bedroom pool home with a private backyard. Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. This comfy home is located in Nokomis, FL. Nokomis is known for its beautiful seashore, many shopping possibilities, and improved residential areas. Nokomis beach can be found at the south end of famously known Casey Key, one of Sarasota's hidden gems, an isolated and exclusive enclave. You'll be fond of what Nokomis offers, lovely Gulf beaches and fishing for visitors, as well as its boat launch ramp and beautiful shoreline. Not to mention many nearby golf courses to choose from, local favorites being Calusa Lakes and Sorrento Par 3. Visitors can enjoy small-town living and a relaxed beach town atmosphere, with easy access to fine dining and shopping. You're bound to always have something to look forward to.
Neighboring this home is Venice, famously known for Venice Beach, with its offshore coral reef, and Caspersen Beach, where shark teeth are often found. Many trails hug the Intracoastal Waterway in Venetian Waterway Park. Other park spaces include Centennial Park, with its interactive fountain, and the Monty Andrews Arboretum at West Blalock Park. Not to mention, this home is situated a short distance from South Sarasota and Siesta Key. This home offers it all!
Upon entering this comfy 1350 square foot home, you are immediately greeted with an open floor plan overlooking the living, dining and kitchen area. Off to your left is your living space with cozy seating, 40-inch flat screen TV, DVD player and sound system. This is the ultimate package for relaxing afternoons or Sunday football games. The kitchen area has been recently updated and offers ample space to prepare home cooked meals. A breakfast bar is also presented in the kitchen that allows for extra seating and a perfect spot for morning coffee. Your kitchen also comes fully stocked with all the amenities you could need while on vacation. The simplistic dining area seats four and features a dry bar for your use.
The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and showcases a full attached bath and large dresser. Both guest rooms also offer a queen size bed and share the guest bathroom. The best part of this house is when you step foot out to the backyard. The pool and patio area are great for outdoor entertainment. With two seating areas under the screened in lanai, you are bound to have plenty of seating for entertainment and fun. You also have a private fenced yard with grass area featuring a tiki bar and umbrella. Other additional features this home offers are wi-fi, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, carport, for you to use.

We had a great stay at the property. The neighborhood was quiet, and very close to groceries, restaurants, and several beaches, especially those where you can hunt for shark’s teeth. The patio is really nice, and you can have the pool heated for your stay upon request for a fee. Our child absolutely loved swimming in the evening and at night. The property managers were wonderful at quickly responding to any questions we had during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Our 2nd time back. Great location. As we are boaters, the house is perfect as it is minutes away from the Nokomis boat ramp. House has everything we need. The outdoor pool and lanai are very welcoming.
