The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do and all the beaches we visited. The pool area and back yard was awesome and the kids loved having ample things to do at the house.

The house was absolutely a gem! The location was great since you can easily drive to numerous beaches within the area. Close to state parks as well. The pool and the outside area was just perfect for relaxing and entertaining our kids. Plenty of various dining options in the immediate area as well if you're willing to drive down to Venice or up towards Seista Key/Sarasota area. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Definitely will return if we stay up in the area again. Great value for your money and the house is stocked great especially for those traveling in from out of state. I would also recommend this to friends and family if they are traveling to the area.
We liked everything. However, my preference would have been a guide for the house as it took me a while to figure out the lights and some features. A checklist for the check out process would have been key, to ensure we did everything that was expected.
