The spacious, airy, and comfortable rooms are complemented by the very clean pool area. The property is conveniently located near the beach, NOKOMIS Pickleball courts, and a supermarket. The house is well-equipped with more than what is necessary, and the prompt response from the property to replace the propane was commendable.
These items require attention rather than being disliked. The queen-size mattress was too soft, the sliding door was difficult to use, the grill grease drain needs cleaning, and the pool screen near the left screen door has a large hole in the bottom.

The property is tucked away in a little neighborhood that is quiet and feels private and safe. The host really thought of everything! In the garage there was everything from a blow up mattress, a booster seat, coolers, chairs, bikes, refills of soaps and shower supplies etc. We are a family of 7 and there was plenty of space for everyone. My kids enjoyed the outside sitting space with the tv while they swam in the pool. We will definitely be back next year!
Everything was great. We had a bit of trouble finding the light switches for the pool , but the hose quickly got back to us with the information.

The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do and all the beaches we visited. The pool area and back yard was awesome and the kids loved having ample things to do at the house.
