The house was a perfect size and has a great fenced in back yard. The location is fabulous and close to beach and restaurants.

Here is what we loved: a 3 minute ride to the beach; having recliners to sit in, having a dvd player, a fenced in yard for our dog, a lovely bedroom suite with a great walk-in shower, a kitchen that was pretty well equipped. The screened in porch facing the back yard was nice.Problems: screens (holes and pulled up at bottom) -- partly fixed the next wk, totally fixed the 3rd week. Gaps in the fence -- blocked off the next day so the dog couldn't get out and fixed 3 weeks later. The garage door got fixed 3 times but still wasn't working when we left. Other little things, ceiling lights out in the kitchen, a bedroom with nothing in the closet, not even a rod for hanging clothes. After a week I found the dvd player was unplugged in the back. No remote so you couldn't fast forward, skip episodes, etc -- but nice to have the player anyway. A chair leg as broken and got fixed twice. Lastly, the dining room chairs were so low that my chin was only just above the table. I was still sitting low with 4 pillows under me.All that aside, we would consider coming back to this house in the future.

Very disappointed in the condition of the yard, weeds grown up, grass not mowed creating an unsafe environment for children, unacceptable that a rental would be in this condition, inside of house was clean, suggestion please leave one roll of toilet paper in the house please until renter can shop and stock up please
