You really can’t beat the location. It’s just steps from the beach. The place itself was clean, spacious, and fully prepared for our stay. The property manager was easy to reach and even checked in with us before arrival, which we appreciated.That said, I do think the listing and photos give the impression that this is more of a standalone condo like many of the other properties on the street. In reality, it appears the building was subdivided into multiple units and feels more like an apartment complex.Our biggest issue was the lack of clarity around parking. The listing should clearly state that while a garage is provided, it’s only suitable for very small vehicles like a Mini Cooper or Chevy Spark. We were traveling in a minivan, which absolutely did not fit. Trying to make it work turned into a frustrating situation and added about 45 minutes to our trip while we searched for alternative parking. We ultimately had to park about a mile away.Traveling with three kids to this specific listing made the situation especially inconvenient and definitely took away from the overall experience.

The garage is REALLY small. My son has a 2004 solara and it literally doesn't fit no matter how good of a driver you are (mirrors don't fold in) so he couldn't park in the garage. Other than that it was SUPER convenient and great for what it was.

Nice place close to Pacific Beach. Loud area for family tho. Should have maybe stayed on the bay side. Parking is an issue if you have a large vehicle. Can park in a garage about a 30 minute walk from the unit.
