Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is basically a hotel room, which was fine with us. No cleaning, laundry, or taking out trash which usually happens with VRBO properties. It was clean, the carpets are definitely worn, the lock is very tricky, it took us several tries more than once. The bathroom sink doesn't drain and the dishwasher was broken. You can hear every step the people above you take. Overall it was o.k. very quiet except for the upstairs noise. Excellent location!

The condo feels more like a nice motel kitchenette..luckily the window is not facing the busy street. It comes with AC as well as a gas heat fireplace. My favorite part was the bed- definitely one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on while on vacation.

Very close to shopping area, restaurants, next to the Lake, enough parking spot. Glad to see security personnel were on site 24/7.
