Very cozy . Cute little place….needs a few updates and would be even better. The fridge/Freezer is very loud when it runs…. The area rug definitely needs replaced. It is very worn and faded, and the corner was flipped up, so when walking by it.. you get tripped up. The kitchen faucet is very loose, just needs to get tightened up. A bath mat or shower mat would be nice as well. And maybe some wash rags for the kitchen too. Otherwise what a great place. Loved the hot tub, and the outdoor propane heater.. for the chilly mornings while there..,, very nice. Would definitely come back to this place.

The stay was nice, Bring your own towels, as only 2 small bath towels are provided, and none for the hottub.
Take note of which room you are staying in when you reserve, as they dont let you know which of the 5 units are yours at check in.
Note there is no AC, so mid July is hot and it is imperative to keep the windows open at night, shades and windows closed in day. Therefore you can hear the very close neighbors/tenants at night if you want the temperature to be manageable in the room.
