IMPORTANT NOTES:
The house has a caretaker and maid. The caretaker is responsible for cleaning the outside area and pool. The maid stays in the property (overnight in the house) in a specific place and is responsible for taking care of and feeding the Boxer dog that stays in the house. It is possible to hire the maid to clean and cook, at a separate fee, according to the number of guests.
The employees will have free access to the house and will be allowed to maintain the cleanliness and order of the house, for example, they will be authorized to turn off all electronic devices that are not being used.
Electricity and water consumption will be charged for seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 2 business days after check-out.
Check-in Hours: 2 pm to 6 pm - after hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out Time: 8am to 12pm - An employee of LUXOBRASIL.com.br or a representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-outs before 08:00 hours a convenience fee must be paid and after 18:00 hours an amount in excess of the daily rate and a convenience fee must be paid.
PROPERTY RULES:
pets are FORBIDDEN on the property.
FORBIDDEN parties/commemorations/after party on the property.
The house is limited to 12 (twelve) people, including children, at a cost of R$ 150.00 per day from the 10th guest on.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest who makes the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damage occurring during their stay at the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of the rules of the property, law governing the property or internal regulations of the condominium.
