As soon as you enter this coveted corner unit, you’ll be taken in by the endless Gulf views through two full walls of glass. Watch the boats speed past on the emerald green water and the beachgoers sunning on the sand – until you join them below. Extra comfortable leather sofas with recliners make the perfect spot to gaze out at the water or watch a favorite movie on the enormous flatscreen TV. And you’ll love the luxury wood-look tile flooring throughout.
Open to the living area – and the incredible views – the fully-stocked kitchen features endless counter space, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinetry for storing groceries. Pull up a stool at the breakfast counter, where there is seating for four, fix a drink at the wet bar with its own ice maker, or dine in luxury at the high-end, Gulfview dining table.
With four spacious bedrooms, this home is ideal for families of up to twelve. The luxurious primary suite has direct access to the Gulf-front balcony, and two of the other bedrooms boast beautiful Gulf views. Each bedroom has a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, hotel-style linens, and easy access to one of three full bathrooms. There’s also a Maytag washer and dryer for your convenience.
When you want to be outside, all you have to do is step out onto your private balcony, where you’ll enjoy miles of Orange Beach views, from the sugar-white sand to the gorgeous Gulf.
