Come see why this 15th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo with unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!
Our condo is perfectly situated on the 15th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom, two queen beds in both 3rd and 4th bedrooms, along with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 14.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Great Place! Fun for all age levels. Will certainly come back. Plenty of room. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Pool and lazy river fun for adults too. Clean place. The balcony is safe and kids proof. Plenty of bathrooms and beds. We had 4 adult and 5 kids. This place was amazing for comfort. Elevator access and parking easy too. Family continues to talk about going back to same place to stay.

Our stay was everything we wanted. Plenty of room, great views, great for the kids and easy to access. We were allowed to check in early and had easy communication with the rental company. The condo was impressively clean and spotless.

Beautiful place, Beautiful Location, Lots of Fun! Very few issues: Fire alarm began chirping first night. Battery changed out next day. Maint. Man was professional & friendly. Top fridge drawer is broken, and bottom fridge drawer off its track. Can light in hall, closest to fridge would strobe after a few minutes. The bulb in lamp closest to sliding glass door in master bedroom was hanging below shade. Pizza pans in bottom of oven still had pizza on them. Other than these minor things, we had a great time & would Recommend it to everyone. Thank you for letting us stay.
