This property exceeded expectations! It was very clean and much larger than the pics! The balcony was phenomenal. Both us and my best friend's family stayed here and there was plenty of room. 4 adults and 11 kids(ages 15 all the way to 9 months ) Two things that I would change would be that some of the doors do not have a lock, including a few bathrooms. And there was absolutely nothing there(spices, filters...ect...) We left a permanent filter for the coffee pot for future guests. The grounds and pools were amazing. Our kids loved the waterslide and lazy river! Overall, we will DEFINITELY be staying here again!!

Love this unit. Always in great shape and love the extra large balcony. We stay once a year and this is our favorite unit to stay in by far!!

My family and I really enjoyed our time here. The floor to ceiling windows, the balcony space, the rooms. We traveled with a 1 year old and 3 kids ages range from 8-14 and they were able to run around and play many game a on the balcony. The water wasn’t ideal this time of year but the building itself was full of amenities that kept the kids busy and happy. Thanks again

with entering the condo the smell was so so musty. the condo was clean, couple of chairs in the living room needs replaced, they was torn and dirty. the beds are not so comfortable, couldn`t wait to get back in my own bed at home. the bbq grill would not come on, had to call Maintence, they came and said the burners needed replaced. the large balcony was closed off and we could not play games the whole vacation. the appliances was great, especially the ice maker, they do need to add Keurig coffee pot or combo. the lazy river and pools was cold for half our vacation due to breaker boxes blowing fuses, but they did turn electric off one night and resolve this issue. i did see but above the ice maker that looked similar to roach but not sure, only one. NO i will not stay with turquoise place again. back to destin beach next year.
