Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The house is in convenient location to shopping and dining, and is a close drive to the beach. The private pool is definitely a plus! We will definitely be booking this home again in the future.

Short stay in the area and the house was perfect. As advertised, plenty of space for my family of 7 and the pool was great for the kids to burn off some energy at the end of the day. Quiet neighborhood and close to all conveniences and the beaches.

The house is good. It's spacious, beds are comfy and it has most things you need. It's maintained terribly though: when we got there, we noticed that a bunch of things (GLASS THINGS) were broken and left out in the open, the company's communication was abysmal and the cleanliness was...mediocre, to say the least. This was my second time staying at a property managed by Vacasa and I'll NEVER do it again because I had the same exact experience the first time, I just thought it might have been a fluke. But nope.
