You will need a car to go to stores, but everything is just a short drive away and would be no more than 15 mins to get to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, parks and entertainment.
For your grocery needs, Publix at Palm Coast Town Center is approximately a 4-minute drive (1.3 miles) away.
Additionally, an ALDI store is located at 5095 E State Highway 100.
$30 pet fee per pet per night.
A lease agreement and a separate $300 security deposit is required for stays 28 nights or more.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person who booked the house, is at least 25 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload a photo of the government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $10 charge per person after the 4th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 5 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.
Please note that we do not have a traditional crib, but we do provide a Pack 'n Play upon request for your convenience. If you plan to use it, kindly bring your own Pack 'n Play sheets.
