Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are in use in the common areas only.
Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very nice furnishings, lots of storage space, mirrors and widows well thought out. Can't reach the upper loft windows to open, so a bit warm up there in summer. Unit needs maintenance, check the dishwasher filter before use, but nothing that detracted from an enjoyable stay. Staff eventually came to bat against another unit's owner when my family was invaded by mice in another unit. This unit had no issues with critters.

There was plenty of room for us to spread out. The bedrooms and living areas were nice and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed! I will definitely come back again!

The condo was very nice. We were very comfortable during our stay and had plenty of room for the 4 adults. The toaster didn't work well and there was a light out but the property manager replaced both of them quickly. One negative was that there weren't any containers to store leftover food from meals that were prepared at the condo. We ended up buying our own. Overall, a very nice property.
