On the main floor, the second bedroom has a full-size bed and a queen bed. An adjacent bathroom has a walk-in shower. The third-floor sleeping loft is furnished with both a twin and a queen bed. Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are in use in the common areas only.
Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Checkin was not smooth entering the access code alone did not open the door. Had to use security to show that after entering the access code you still needed to shake the door open handle in order to open the door

Location was good close to beach.
Felt as someone was walking in the unit throughout the night. The heating was not consistent during our stay. All in all good property to stay in Tahoe.

The area was nice, beach was quiet and clean. Home was roomy but beds were very hard. Had lots of kitchen utensils but lacked complimentary details such as salt and pepper, coffee etc …

The overall feel of the until is a bit dark and dingy but the property appeared to be well maintained and clean. The pots, pans, silverware and dishes are a step up from most rentals I’ve stayed in. The unit met our needs and expectations considering the fair pricing.
