This space spans the top two floors of a century-old building with exposed brick, timber beams, and hardwood floors. The unit includes 7 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a chef's kitchen and a 12-person dining table.
The Space:
The Grand Kimball Lodge features a wood burning sauna inside of a shipping container. This building used to be a wood working company in its past life.
* Prime Logan Square Location: Set on the top two floors of a 100 year old loft building.
* Spacious Layout: Sleeps up to 21 guests with 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms.
* Entertaining Spaces: Enjoy three large couches, two being a sectional, dining table for 12, PlayStation 5, Arcade machines including PacMan and NBA Jam, Foosball table, ping pong table, Bluetooth speaker, plenty of board games as well as one 96' and one 80' smart TV.
* Chef’s Kitchen
Sleeping Arrangements:
* Bedroom 1 : 2 King beds, full bathroom with a tub/shower.
* Bedroom 2: King bed.
* Bedroom 3: Queen bed, three twin beds. Full bathroom with a tub/shower.
* Bedroom 4: Two queen beds + twin bed.

* Bedroom 6: Nook with twin bed.

This is the best vacation rental in all of Chicago! The host is great. Very easy communication. The pictures and description in the listing are very accurate. This was a great place for our large group of 12 guys. Plenty of room and great neighborhood.

This is a super unique property, but I really loved staying here. It was extremely clean and very well maintained. It was great for our large group. Would recommend to anyone.
