Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped - plenty of glassware and china. Bathrooms had great amenities including towels, soap, lotion, etc. Beds, bedding and pillows were really great. Furniture modern and clean. Host super responsive. Workout room exceptional as were common spaces. Thanks also for having sufficient coffee around - made a big morning difference! I will definitely stay here again!

Not critical and takes nothing away from the exceptional experience, but would be really nice if there was a desk (or small table) and chair to work from. Working from the couch and the kitchen counter was difficult during a long working day.

Outstanding location , spectacular view, great apartment The amenities nin the building (gym, common area, pool etc) are of high quality Very smooth check in and communication with the host. All in all a wonderful trip.

Very clean,central, easy check in

For the $ amount, one would expect more value. We had too many issues with bathroom water related issues which didn’t allow one bathroom to be useable for 1.5 days. The maintenance entered the place without any heads up which was a bit scary as we see two men standing in the foyer. The cloud9 expected me to be on booking’s messaging platform constantly to deal with the water / bathroom issue despite the fact that I had given my phone number for texting to make it easier. I spent a considerable time during vacation on the platform to deal with this back and forth. The place is sparsely furnished. No dining table/ chairs. No lights in the main bedroom. No luggage rack , no bench or anything. The positives are : great location, great parking, plenty of paper towels/ toilet rolls and very clean white towels.
