Experience Downtown Chicago at Millennium - Luxury Apartments in The Loop

The apartment is in a great central location. It’s very clean, stylish, spacious and has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped. It was a perfect getaway for our family.

Very clean, very cute, great location. Kitchen very well equipped. Rooftop pool and outdoor lounge/socializing area were nice. Gym facilities were good.

Beds were uncomfortable. Disappointing that there wasn't a king sized bed, given that it could definitely fit in one of the rooms. We were in 302, and the noise from the emptying of the dumpsters around 11pm (just after we went to bed and were falling asleep) was terrible. Windows are very pretty but provide little soundproofing. Earplugs were provided, but next time will try to stay somewhere that doesn't require them! Living room furniture cute but uncomfortable.

The building had great amenities and was well located within the city. The kitchen was excellently appointed - it had everything you'd need and the knives were sharp. This would have been a four-star stay if it weren't for the noise of the nightly garbage trucks.

We barely got any sleep because the garbage trucks were so loud. The bedroooms were overlooking an alley and they had to drag every single dumpster to the street every single night, often talking loudly on top of all that noise. This lasted an hour every night. We had hoped Sat into Sun they'd take a break, but no, they came by at 5 am on Sun instead of between midnight and 1 am. When we arrived, the doorman gave us the keys to the wrong room. There were five of us all arriving at different times, so it was especially confusing as people were going to two different places to find each other. The heat wasn't working in that room, so I called the company and realized we were in the wrong place and then had to move all our stuff to the right one. The heat wasn't working in there, either and it took an hour for them to get someone to come and fix it.
