My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was in a great location and had everything that we needed. They beds were amazingly comfortable and Margot couldn’t have been nicer more helpful. She is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. Super easy to communicate with. Can’t wait for our next trip here.

The property was in great condition when we arrived. As this was all of our first time to Pensacola, Margo was super helpful with ideas in seeing the city. We had no issues with anything on the property or parking. The parking is a little tight but this in no way a reflection on Margo or her condo. The added bonus for us is that we were directly across the street from the beach and we had a dock that allowed us to fish as well. There truly was a little something for everyone to do on our trip. The condo was a great place for us after a long day exploring or sunning on the beach to relax. 10/10 would stay with Margo again.

The location of this condo is perfect. We walked to the beach and the boardwalk. Also enjoyed having coffee on the deck listening to the waves with unobstructed views of the sand dunes. The condo was equipped with everything we needed during our stay.

I can’t rave enough about the owner, the condo and its location.Thank you for providing suggestions on places to eat, visit, and the ability to get rides from golf cart companies. The location is fantastic, the beach is literally across the street. Close walk to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The condo was updated and super clean. Having a full kitchen helped cut costs on eating out for every meal. The bedrooms being separated by the laundry room and bathroom provides privacy which in the evening is appreciated. There’s the saying, “Don’t judge a book by its cover”, don’t judge this gem from the outside. They keep the pool and grounds clean. When we visited, it was quiet day and night. Are there other newer or shinier complexes, yes, but you are going to pay a much much higher price. You will not get the extras that you do with the owner and her condo. We’ll be visiting again!!!
