SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

-This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests and can sleep 7 in beds, assuming two people share the full-size bed.
PARKING:
-Street and driveway parking only.
THINGS TO NOTE:
-This home is not pet-friendly.
-No smoking inside or outside the property—strictly enforced.
-Pool heating is available for $100/day plus tax with a 3-day minimum. The pool heats to ~75-80°F and cannot be adjusted higher. Payment must be made in advance to ensure the pool heat is turned on before your arrival. If you'd like to add pool heat to your stay, please notify our team in advance.
-There is a pool house in the backyard that is NOT PART OF THIS RENTAL. No one resides in this building, and no one will at any part of your stay (off limits to guests per City code, unfortunately).
-The pizza oven is not for guests to use.
-A pool vacuum remains in the pool to help keep the water free of debris.
-This home offers air conditioning. If you would like AC during your stay, please contact our office to pay the $35/day fee for AC access.
-This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
-All occupants must be 25+ unless accompanied by parents.
-American Express & Discover are not accepted for payment methods.
-San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy, Age Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersede the policies of VRBO and Airbnb.
-Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.

The property exceeded all expectations. It is beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The pool was a great addition. It is located in a perfect spot to walk to eat, drink, and beach without being in the middle of it. Highly recommend!!

The house was as portrayed in the listing and photos. The beds were comfortable with great soft sheets. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms and plenty of toilet paper. The kitchen had modern appliances and loads of dishes, glassware and cookware. Wifi was great. No problem with 6 people using their devices at once. San Diego vacation rentals were great to work with. We were able to get in the house a little early the first day. Whenever we called them about something we needed they took care of it right away. The neighborhood was a quiet residential neighborhood a quick walk to the ocean, restaurants and shops. There was a community recreation center across the street that our 10 year old grandson enjoyed during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. House and pictures are as advertised. Everything in the kitchen worked fine and is very well stocked.
Only small downsides: The second bathroom that two bedrooms share is very small and had only 1 small hand towel for our entire stay. They really need to supply more towels. We called and they did bring more bath towels. The pool heater initially did not work, but they did get it fixed and we got to use it the last day. Initially the pool was pretty dirty but the pool cleaning guy comes once a week apparently.
The Master bedroom, bathroom and closet are very spacious. The others very small. So good for a family but not for shared couples I would say.
The detached apartment is very cute. We did not have a problem finding street parking close to the house. WiFi worked great and is super fast. The back outdoor space by the pool is really enjoyable.

Floors dirty, shower so clogged with hair it couldn't drain, one bed had girls hair and eyelashes in it. Not enough towels (only allowed one per person for four days). Mgr responded right away by delivering new sheets , towels and shower curtain but I didn't want to spend little time I had with family doing laundry and changing sheets and shower curtain.
