You will need a car to get around.
HOUSE RULES:
- Please, no glitter in the home!
- No more than 3 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors` way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

Celebrating family and birthdays wanted close to the beach and towns that were close with options to do other things besides going to the beach. House was good for 8 adults. Location was good.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Clean home with all the necessary amenities. Clean, well functioning hot tub. Good size kitchen with everything we could possibly need.
You can see the lake from the seating in the sunroom
. Beach access right across the street. Clean beach with some chairs and benches.
The owners were proactive about sharing information about local events. Responsive when we needed.
Will definitely rent this property again, if the hosts will have us!!

Stayed here a year ago. Cleaning people still there when we arrived at check in we were told to come back at 5pm not happy. When we did get there the air conditioning was not working I. The new part of home tried to get it fixed and trying to get ahold of property management was a problem. Finally heard from them and the air was fixed the next day. Waiting on compensation we will see. Some blinds do not work so that was not good. The house was not the cleanest especially the stove we cleaned it before we cooked on it. It needs some updating. You can’t best the location though. Enough room for a big family a plus. Hot tub was also nice.
