Celebrating family and birthdays wanted close to the beach and towns that were close with options to do other things besides going to the beach. House was good for 8 adults. Location was good.

My family of picked booked this house due to the close proximity to the beach. The location and beach are excellent! You cross the highway and go down a set of stairs to beach! It was perfect!!!
I did get a $50 refund due to when we arrived (1/2 hour after check in time) the cleaners were still there. There was a mix up and they didn’t realize someone was checking in. We waited about 45 more minutes to get in. The property manager immediately apologized and voiced they wanted to make it right. Ultimately we received a $50 refund.
The house has several bedrooms, I believe 5. The two back bedrooms can only be reached by walking through a bedroom. Not a big deal for our family but maybe for more groups with multiple couples etc. There also were not any blinds in two of the bedrooms which made it difficult for the kids to go to sleep and they woke up early. I’m assuming this is a newer rental and those small things will continue to be repaired.
There were a few cleanliness things but I think it was because the cleaners were rushing to get us in. Ultimately the bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms were all extremely clean and comfortable.
We would love to come back again!

Stayed here a year ago. Cleaning people still there when we arrived at check in we were told to come back at 5pm not happy. When we did get there the air conditioning was not working I. The new part of home tried to get it fixed and trying to get ahold of property management was a problem. Finally heard from them and the air was fixed the next day. Waiting on compensation we will see. Some blinds do not work so that was not good. The house was not the cleanest especially the stove we cleaned it before we cooked on it. It needs some updating. You can’t best the location though. Enough room for a big family a plus. Hot tub was also nice.
