We loved the location! It was right where the action is!
It wasn't ready at check-in. We ran out of toilet paper. It hadn't been thoroughly cleaned.

Great location and safe.
Floor above was noisy but tolerable for our stay. Nice wood floors and would hate to carpet them but that would knock the foot traffic down.

No breakfast no host said my request would be met but they WERE NOT!!
Cleaner & on ground floor !! NOT ASL TO DO THE HOUSE CLEANING!!! NOT MY JOB!!! No place to park.
