About this house rental
This bright and cozy 1 bed 1 bath basement apartment is the perfect spot to be home away from home, with a separate entrance, full kitchen, and private outdoor space.
Clean, comfortable, and a great jumping-off spot for anything you’d like to do in Boise. One block to a coffee shop (Alchemist) and walking distance to many other restaurants and things to do! Relax after a full day of exploring our beautiful city by sitting outside in the backyard to enjoy the pleasant evenings.
The basement apartment has one private bedroom with a Queen bed and a sofa bed in the living room (A single bed and a single trundle bed underneath). Bed linens provided.
*To note* it is a basement apartment so you may hear noise from the house above. (Ie- foot-traffic, talking, etc). Many of our guests don`t have an issue with it, but if you are noise sensitive, you may want to consider one of our other units on Airbnb at the same property.
Just 3 blocks away from the Whitewater park where you can relax at the beach, swim or paddle on the pond, surf the whitewater wave, kayak or float the river, and hit the Greenbelt (the 25 mile track that follows the Boise River through the city).
We want our Guests to experience the real Boise and have fun doing it. We provide bikes to ride into the hills or for a night out downtown, SUPs to be on the pond, a surfboard to shred, and a travel crib for babies.
Self check-in with 24/7 keyless entry.
One reserved off-street parking spot and additional free street parking.
Boise West End is close to everything:
10 min walk to the Greenbelt where there are numerous coffee shops and restaurants along the water.
10 min bike to downtown or an $8 Lyft if that’s more your speed
10 min bike to foothills with over 200 miles of mountain biking/hiking trails.
15 min drive to the airport.
20 min drive to rock climbing at the Black Cliffs
45 min drive to Bogus Basin Ski Resort or Cascade Rafting and Kayaking.

While we have done our best to sound proof the house, it is a basement apartment and so there may be some noise from the guests in the house above. We ask all guests to be respectful of the other tenants and to observe that after 10pm is quiet time for the property.
*Our House, Apartment, Loft, and Studio can be joined together for a larger group Rental.
The House is a 2 bed/2 bath that can sleep 8, the Loft and the Studio are both Studios that can sleep 4 each.

We visited Boise for a few days to celebrate an anniversary. The Whitewater apartment was perfect for our stay. Small space well suited to our needs. We used a couple of the bikes to take long rides on the greenway which is very close by. Lot of hiking options on outskirts of Boise and a lot of great restaurant options in town.

We had mixed reviews with our stay here. All bedding was clean and comfortable. Decorations were very cute. Parking was great. Bit of a quirky neighborhood. But, the carpets were very stained. The unit has a musty smell throughout. And the noise from guests above was significant (stomping around from 11am till past midnight). We would not stay here again.
