Downtown on BSU Campus 3 Beds Fully Remodeled

Location was overall ok; I liked it because it was 2 blocks from the BSU campus where we were visiting, so very convenient. The unit appeared clean with plenty of room for a family of four (king bed in separate room, 2 futon couches in the living room). There was an A/C unit in the living room and bedroom which I turned off because it was so cold when we arrived. Big mistake as it got uncomfortably hot in there. Turned them back on and it look about 4 hours to get comfortable again.

There was a really strong, unpleasant odor when we arrived but it was so late at night there wasn't much we could do about it. There was a bottle of Febreeze and at first I wondered if it was over sprayed throughout the unit. But later I was wondering if it was a smell coming from the sink drain or perhaps they had recently sprayed for bugs. Either way, it smelled really bad. Also, there were 3 of us and only 2 bath towels offered and both were rolled up in a basket on the floor of the bathroom. I would suggest bringing your own towels or the owner should display the towels on a wall rack.
