Place was very nice, very clean and ready for short yeavel
Communication was awful trying to go through docusign and unable to get pictures sent. Felt very much like a scam as compared to air bnb etc. Also description led me to believe it was the wrong apartment and I was trying to type in a door code to a place rented Ling term by college students. Address was however correct and not a problem afterwards.

Easy check-in; very clean space; great location.
Two of the three beds are futons located in the main living space.

For the price this was perfect, could easily sleep 4 people comfortably. parking was easy. cute decor. big kitchen. overall great stay.
There is ONE mirror for all 3 of us girls to share, we ended up going and buying a second one lol. Not clear instructions on how to adjust the temp of the place. Across the street from a frat house. and the internet kept going down.
