The house is located in Località Pecol, in a beautiful villa, in a quiet and panoramic area of Cortina d'Ampezzo.
The studio apartment consists of a bright room with access to a beautiful panoramic balcony with an enchanting view of the Dolomites. The main tourist and sporting attractions of the town are easily reachable in a few minutes by car, including the golf course, the major ski areas and also "Corso Italia", the main pedestrian street of the town with its numerous clubs, restaurants, and boutiques.

The room is made up of a foldaway double bed which when closed leaves room for a beautiful living room made up of a comfortable sofa, two large armchairs and an LCD TV. There is a small hideaway kitchenette, consisting of an electric hob, a fridge with freezer and a microwave plus everything needed for cooking.
