About this house rental
Ride in and ride out of a brand-new modern home located a few hundred yards from the Kokopelli Trail Head parking lot in Loma, CO. Amazing views from every window and the large 2nd story deck combined with modern design and plenty of amenities.
There are several hang out areas to gather and relax. Large outdoor area with putting green, stone table with adirondack chairs, corn hole, and adult swings. The garage has a smart TV, pool table, lounge area and bar top. There is also a power washer mounted to the wall for easy access to wash bikes on the outdoor bike rack. There are indoor and outdoor bike racks for storing your bike. The deck off the second floor is massive with a fire pit table, and more adirondack chairs to enjoy your coffee in the morning or cocktail in the evening. There is a 36" Blackstone grill that's perfect for making breakfast or grilling up some burgers. The views are amazing from the deck, there are views from every angle of the national monument, Mount Garfield, and the city views of grand junction, and Fruita.
The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, plus a loft. First bedroom has a king bed with two 5 ft x 5ft windows with a view of the desert landscape, the second bedroom is a bunk room with a queen and twin xl mattress, this room is perfect for kids, couples or a group of friends to split. The third bedroom has a queen bed, it's located downstairs with lots of privacy and its own bathroom. There is also a laundry area downstairs with a new washer and dryer. All the art in the home was created by an artist from Missouri, the art reflects the grand valley landscape and animals that are that are found in the area.
Enjoy this incredible house while enjoying all the outdoor activities in the playground that is Western Colorado: mountain biking, biking, hiking, rafting, kayaking, 4x4, side x side, dirt biking, etc... 1hr 20 min from Moab. 30 minutes from Palisade. 15 minutes to Grand Junction. 2 hours to Ouray. 4 hours from Denver. 4 hours from Salt Lake City.
Some things that are included in your stay, tide pods, cascade pods, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, cooking oils, salt and pepper, we provide some of our favorite seasonings for grilling, utensils, bowls, plates, mugs, whisky and wine glasses, paper towels, etc...
There are two exterior security cameras by the outside doors.

We spent a long weekend here. The views are spectacular in all directions. The property was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Close to everything but felt private. We would definitely select this property again.

This property met the expectations and even exceeded them! Everything was clean and the house was beautiful. It is off of I-70 but noise is not an issue. It was super windy during our stay so we weren’t able to enjoy all of the outdoor amenities, but still really enjoyed our time otherwise.
