This property is immaculate. Very comfortable stay and close to a lot of fun things to do in the area. Kitchen amenities were great, made it easy to cook. Communication with the owners was very easy and they were very responsive. Would rent again.

Great place to stay. Everything was very clean. My dog loved the fenced in yard. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The location of the house was convenient and close to all the attractions in Fruita, Grand Junction and surrounding area. Enjoyed our stay very much. I would highly recommend this place. The host was very helpful and communicated right away. Definitely 5 stars.
