The 1000-square-foot guest house equipped with a kitchen (with a large fridge microwave, electric stove, and oven, a living room and gas fireplace. There are two sizable bedrooms and a bathroom with tiled vanity and shower. This comfortable cottage has everything guests or family need, and it enjoys serene views and easy access to the pool (Solar Heated) and manicured gardens and bocci ball court.
There is a queen bed in the front Bedroom.
There are two twin beds in the back bedroom that can be converted into a King bed upon your request
The grounds and entertainment terrace are truly magnificent. But more than simply impressive, they are the soul of the home and a work of art. With its east-west orientation, you can awaken to the suns early rays as they bring a sparkle to the dewy lawns and the leaves of the flowering plum trees, creating a fresh and exhilarating start to the day.
