The apartment was excellent and totally matched the description. The balcony was a great area for chilling. The facilities within the apartment are everything you need and more for a holiday and the location is a 10 minute walk from the train station (El Pinollo)

Lo que me gustó fue lo bonito que estaba decorado , la terraza ..

La verdad que para lo bonito que es hay muchas cosas se debería cambiar como por ejemplo las sartenes que ninguna valía para cocinar , tema cucarachas entrando por el lavavajillas y para colmo no se puede descansar bien , si pones el ventilador hace ruido y si te mueves en la cama hace ruido . La verdad una pena porque no pudimos descansar bien .

Heerlijk verblijf in ruim appartement

Prachtig, ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien! Heel leuk dat je echt tussen de Spanjaarden 'woont' Je zit in een rustig gedeelte van de stad en alles is makkelijk te bereiken met een auto. Het contact met de host, Roberto verliep telefonisch of via de app. Altijd vriendelijk en beleefd. Er was een probleem met de wasmachine en dat werd netjes opgelost. Het uitzicht vanaf het ruime balkon is heerlijk, bedden zijn goed. Fijne douches, al wordt het water vrij snel koud, maar in mijn ervaring is dat meestal zo. En met temperaturen van 30°C + was dat ook geen probleem. Het zwembad wordt keurig bijgehouden en is dus mooi schoon. Zo ook de rest van het gebouw.

Enige puntje van kritiek wat we hebben, is dat het beddengoed en de handdoeken wel aan vernieuwing toe zijn. Dat mocht wel wat frisser.

El apartamento es perfecto, bastante grande con una terrass enorme, fantastico.

Mucha carencia en los utensilios basicos de cocina. Solo podiamos utilizar 1 sartèn y poco mas, complicado preparar cena o almuerzo para toda la familia. Este pequeño detalle puesde solucionarse con una baja inversion, una pena.

Schöne Wohnung in abgelegener Lage.

Schöne Aufteilung, modern eingerichtet. Die Betreuung und Erreichbarkeit der Vermieter war super! 10 Min. zu Fuß von der Zughaltestelle el Pinillo entfernt.

Die Lage der Wohnung und die Anlage in der sich die Wohnung befindet könnte besser sein. Eine Schule mit Pausenhof ist direkt neben der Anlage und dem Balkon, was ausserhalb der Ferien etwas laut sein könnte.

Wir waren über Weihnachten dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Balkon liegt sonnig und die Wohnung ist sehr hell.

Großes komfortables Penthouse mit großem Balkon. Toll möbliert und dekoriert. Viele unterschiedliche sitzmöglichkeiten innen wie außen. Sehr netter Empfang durch Sara und Roberto. Fragen oder Wünsche wurden sofort beantwortet bzw. erfüllt. Fussläufig sind Restaurants und Geschäfte erreichbar.

Besteck, Messer u d Pfannen waren von schlechter Qualität und könnten mal erneuert werden.
