INA Homes-Tower 5 Perfect Burj Khalifa and Fountain Views

Amazing view of Burj Khalifa and great walking distance to Burj, mall and surrounding area. Lots of space in the apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, dining table etc. Big windows with lots of natural light. Good blackout curtains for evening. Kitchen had lots of plates and basic appliances. Underground parking stall was provided. WiFi didn’t reach master bedroom but otherwise was good strength. Communication with Rafiq was excellent and incredibly smooth checkin and checkout. Deposit was returned upon checkout inspection.

Older apartment that needs a fresh coat of paint and some basic renovations. Shower tile grout was very dirty and cabinets are showing lots of wear and tear. But if you look past the age it’s a good apartment and you really are there for the view outside.
