Nasma Luxury Stays - Boulevard Central Tower

Location was excellent, close enough to Dubai mall and local amenities. The layout and use of living space and storage for clothes was excellent. Everything in the apartment was cute and well put together. Made me feel comfortable and able to rest, eat and sleep at my leisure.

The bathroom was worn with dirty grout and no where to put my toiletries and makeup when getting ready. There is a cupboard on the wall with shelves but not accessible for convenient getting ready. The sink could be replaced with a better sink with shelving. Felt like a man designed the bathroom!

What I liked about the property is the location and staff who were very very friendly

The staff of the building and the host of the apartment Anastasia were very sweet and helpful but the owner of the apartment just doesn’t give a shit about the conditions of the apartment he’s renting to people, the AC wasn’t working and whenever you turn it on, it’s very cold so you’ll have to keep turning it on and off otherwise you’ll freeze, the toilet tap was constantly leaking, and I complained about these things, they said they will send someone to fixe it but never did, the whole apartment need renovation, it’s just not good, I think it was the worse apartment interior I stayed at for my trips to Dubai since 2015, + pictures of the apartment on Booking was for other ones and definitely not the one I got. I really don’t recommend it, there are better apartments at downtown,
