The Location is amazing, the view is directly in front of Burj Khalifa and the fountain. You can walk to Dubai mall and the fountain. Straight down the building there is a supermarket and a pharmacy.
Its a Big flat with 2 bedrooms and an open kitchen fully equipped. Parking is free.
Flat is clean and tidy. I highly recommend.

Comfortable and close to the Dubai mall, many choices to walk around and have coffee or dine. Very nice view of the fountains and the burj.
A bit old bathrooms, some old kitchen equipment need to be changed(eg frying pan, sink battery). No storage for the luggage.
