We had a lovely stay at this apartment. Asma was incredibly welcoming and made our experience even more enjoyable by checking in on us throughout our stay to ensure everything was going well. The apartment was very spacious, with a great balcony offering beautiful views. From the pool area, you can even see the Burj Khalifa, which was a real highlight. The location is excellent in Downtown Dubai, within walking distance of Cafes, Restaurants, Grocery Store, Dubai Mall and the Dubai Fountain shows, making it the perfect place to stay if you're visiting downtown. The apartment was also well equipped, with a washing machine, modern kitchen appliances, and everything we needed to cook our own meals. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend

Unfortunately the hosts lack professionalism and are unable to arrive on time for check-in despite multiple prior confirmations of arrival time. Stayed here twice, and the guy was late 35 and 45 minutes respectively. I realize things happen, but there wasn't even a warning or a text that he is running late, until I texted myself and asked. While the lady on whatsapp says all the right things and is polite, unfortunately the behaviour shows otherwise. Given this building has plenty of Airbnbs with just as nice flats and much more punctual hosts, i will not be booking with this host in future.
