The location is amazing, so good to feel the richness

I stayed at Act 2 Tower for 6 days. While the location and the apartment itself were good, the overall guest experience was disappointing. Only two towels were provided for the entire stay, which was inconvenient. The water in the apartment was yellow, and although I reported it immediately, it took two days for plumbers to visit and change the filters. I even adjusted my schedule to accommodate their timing. The room was also handed over only at 3:30 pm instead of the scheduled 2 pm. Despite all these inconveniences, when I requested just one extra hour for late checkout, it was declined. After being patient and flexible with multiple issues, this felt rude and inconsiderate. The operators don’t seem very focused on guest satisfaction, which is unfortunate because the property has good potential.
