It is a yery clean apartment surrounded by sweet small garden with a seating area where you can enjoy the greenery of Umm Qais area. Internet worked well. Easy communication with host! Great value!

Only minor issues: there was one chair missing outside so we couldn't sit as a family of four. The beds are pretty hard, some people prefer that others don't. You need a car to reach the ruins, restaurants in Umm Qais.

The house was clean and comfortable in a quiet location. Nice patio, well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and drinking and cooking water provided. Having access to a washing machine helped a lot. On-street parking directly in front of the house on a quiet street. The host met us promptly at check in and showed us around. The host was also helpful with a tire shop when we needed a repair.

Not a negative against the property but a car is definitely helpful to explore Umm Qais.
