The location is great in that it's close to Um Qays archaeological park, and lots of little supermarkets nearby and a falafel sandwich shop. Not many restaurants nearby so definitely have to take that into account. Great space, lovely and quiet, host was very responsive over WhatsApp.
The mattresses were a bit hit or miss in terms of comfort. There also could’ve been a couple more armchairs - it was great for the four of us but the listing says that it can fit up to 7 people, so they’d have difficulty all sitting together. The showers did not have shower curtains, so you have to be careful about getting water on the floor.

Squeaky clean. Most of the apartment freshly renovated. Excellent heating. Kitchen was well equipped and also had tea and coffee available. Host was very kind and greeted us on arrival.
One of the mattresses was worn out and bed squeaking.
