Stayed for 1 night in a twin room. Great apartment, with excellent facilities (including a much needed washing machine after 4-5 weeks of travel). The room was really big and the beds comfortable. It was 3 JOD to use the washing machine which was worth it, as there's a big terrace where all our clothes dried overnight. Good location in Jerash within 5-10 mins drive of the main sights. The host was very welcoming and gave us some recommendations too for food and coffee nearby.

The owner/staff are friendly and accomodating. They’ll cook hot breakfast upon request.
The unit (2 bedroom) they gave us is not the same in the pictures. Only 1 unit is the same in the picture which is rented by other guest. It is still under construction, there is no ac, appliances are not yet installed. We request if there is available room with an aircon because we have a baby. They offered us the other room in the furnished unit and shared with the other guest. We are separated with our family members. They did not sleep comfortably. I hope they didn’t offer the unit if its not furnished yet. It was expectation vs not the reality. No garbage cans inside the toilet.
I hope they would improve their service, be honest in promoting their apartment and not in a rush to rent it out if it was not yet completed. Quality is better than quantity.
