Location provides walking distance access to Florence attractions. Apartment itself was modern and furnished adequately and the host gave us a rundown of the place, no doubt to help avoid future basic requests or complaints.
Top floor does offer some better views and we had no issues with street noise.
Heating really struggled for us - it was unusually cold (-7) outside on the first night, and combined with a stone cold old building it never really warmed up until our third night.
Hot water for 3 people also needed to be carefully rationed.
Steep narrow stairs does need extra care.

Amplitud de l’apartament, la situació.
Els acabats estaven una mica rònecs. No es podien enfosquir les habitacions del tot (no persianes ni finestrons). Sofà llit incòmode.
Està en una zona sorollosa, d’ambient de festa, tot i que no s’allarga gaire, es compleix la normativa.
