The house is very spacious for 8 or more people. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, and the kitchen was large and well stocked with what you need for cooking. The view from the back of the house is spectacular of the pool, dock and intracoastal water way. The beach is only a block away that you can walk to easily.
Just some minor things like having to pay to have the pool heated (this was in March) and it did not heat properly; however they refunded the money with no problems. Some very minor things: it could use some new pool billiard sticks and it would be fantastic to have a kayak or two available to use to explore the oyster beds. There’s a ladder on the private dock that you can easily get to the shallow water.
