The back of the home features four custom glass doors overlooking the Matanzas River, providing spectacular water views from the kitchen, living room, master suite, and upper deck.
Relax in the heated pool or hot tub while watching sailboats, yachts, and dolphins along the Matanzas River. The spacious upper deck, furnished with comfortable Polywood seating and a large dining table with umbrella, is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal, a drink, or a breathtaking sunset.

Secondary Suite:
A comfortable king bed, large Smart TV, quality linens, closet and private full bathroom.
Bedroom 3:
Queen bed plus twin bed and TV. A tiled bathroom with shower is conveniently located between Bedrooms 3 and 4.
Bedroom 4:
Queen bed plus twin bed and TV. A tiled bathroom with shower is conveniently located between Bedrooms 3 and 4.
All bedrooms feature quality furniture and comfortable bedding.
Spacious Great Room & Baby Grand Piano
The great room features a very comfortable sofa, 65-inch Smart TV, and beautiful views of the Matanzas River.
For the musically inclined, enjoy the home's Baby Grand Piano.
The large dining table, with additional chairs, comfortably seats up to 10 guests and is perfect for family meals and group dinners.

The kitchen is designed for groups and families who enjoy cooking together. It features:

Three kayaks are provided for guests, along with paddles and life jackets. They are stored in the garage for your convenience.
The property also has a private boat ramp in the backyard, making it especially convenient for launching the kayaks and enjoying the Matanzas River.
For larger boats or watercraft, a neighborhood boat ramp is located approximately 500 feet away.
Please note: the property does not have a private dock.

Our family and our dog enjoyed staying at this great home. The views and the sunsets were amazing. The house was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The host was friendly and quick to respond to all questions and requests. We had a great stay!

This is our second time staying at this home. It is well-kept and as pictured. Donna is helpful and quick to answer questions. The walk to the beach is short and easy if you are at an average level of fitness. When walking to the beach, you must cross the street to walk over beach access stairs. We had 2 babies and 8 adults with no problems. The adult age ranges were 22 - 55. This might be a challenge for an elderly person. They would need to plan to use the beach driving access area. We also enjoyed playing at the very large pool, eating on the deck while looking at the water, and playing pool in the game room. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. The drive to downtown St. Augustine is simple and close. Our family looks forward to another stay next year! Thanks again, Donna!
