We hebben heel erg genoten van ons verblijf. De host was heel vriendelijk en fijn! Communicatie top!! De studio was van alles voorzien En helemaal top in orde!! Een echte aanrader!! De hippodroom is zeker ook een aanrader, dit was echt de moeite.

Le studio est très agréablement décoré, accueillant et complet. Nous nous y somme sentie comme chez nous. Le lit est confortable. C'est un endroit où je reviendrai certainement et je le renseignerais autour de moi. Merci

Spectacular view and easy access to a pristine section of Oostende beach. We enjoyed the tasteful and comfortably decorated studio, the sliding glass door that opened all the way for a fantastic sea breeze, and hanging out on the private balcony. The host left coffee pods and a couple cookies and chocolates and the apartment was adequately stocked. Also a large collection of board games and a few beach accessories. It was a quiet, beautiful escape.

Be very sure to read all the fine print concerning what is and is not included in the rental. The host left a very extensive list of chores and expects guests to leave the studio in spotless condition for the next guest. Arrival and checkout times are unusually late/early (the host allowed us to check in early for an additional €25) and towels are not included - they are provided but the host charges extra. The directions for taking out the trash to the basement were wrong and it's a bit of a production if you are not familiar with the layout of the building. The kitchen is tiny (to be expected in a small studio) and the bath tub/shower needs some work; the floor flexes and the showerhead also doesn't stay up for a tall person. Ultimately, we felt that the host is charging hotel room prices while providing a vacation studio experience. Even a slightly friendlier note of cleaning expectations with slightly less hostile language would have made us feel more welcome and comfortable in the space. The €150 deposit did not appear in my bank account after 7 days as promised and did not post until after I contacted the host 10 days from paying the deposit. I also had to prompt the host to give access code numbers and instructions upon arrival.

位置还好，厨房的设施非常齐全，插座和家具都非常齐全，从阳台看出去，景色不色，面朝大海。房间比较安静。

客人在房间留了两张各种事项的字条，但是是手写的，也不是英语，所以基本上对于非欧洲客人来说，不容易读懂。拿钥匙是要到进门旁边那里用密码打开，还有我有一位比利时朋友帮忙打电话，否则可能会有些沟通障碍。
