The property and the reception on arrival were fine, but the neighbours caused some noise and smell.

The location is very good, near the beach and in between the city of Ostend and Ostend airport. The children absolutely loved the bunk beds. The elevator was very clean and funtional. On arrival we received the necessary information regarding the property.

The room was very hot (due to location next to boiler/electricity cabinet?) without a thermostate to change anything. The neighbours in the property next to ours were very loud in the corridor, also at night and different kinds of smoke entered our room. The kitchen cabinets contained already lots of useful utensils, but there was not much space left to stock food for during our stay.

Great location and ideal for a short stay with kids

The location: near the beach, small grocery and bakery at less than 10min walk.

The noise during nighttime (neighbours/tourists on their balconies and passing by on the street & traffic). Earplugs, to cancel some of the noise, are necessary if you want to have some fresh air during nighttime and keep the window a little open.

Apartment super clean and well managed. All the facilities for a comfortable stay. Beach and sea just in front across the street.

Air circulation is to be improved. The space close to the entry door is especially hot.

Great stay for a weekend away

Everything was very clean and all utensils and utilities where in place. Perfect for when the restaurants are closed and you want to cook in.

Un joli studio confortable

Superbe studio bien équipé et confortable pour deux adultes et deux enfants. L'emplacement est un peu éloigné du centre mais il permet d'être au calme. Le personnel à la réception est très agréable, serviable et réactif.

Locatie was top, vlakbij de dijk/zee/kusttram.

De matras van het zetelbed was niet comfortabel, alsook de douchekop kreeg ik geen beweging in.

zicht op zee geen fan van liften. Blij dat het op de eerste verdieping was. Zo nam ik meestal de trap.

Très facile de se repérer dans l’établissement, réceptionniste très gentille. Appartement très agréable, lit confortables, douche fonctionnelle et agréable. C’était super. Nous reviendrons certainement un peu plus longtemps l’année prochaine 😊

Vista mare, microonde per scaldare la pappa della bimba, macchinetta del caffè espresso con cialde, detersivo con spugna nuova per pulire le stoviglie.

Il letto (divano letto) era scomodo e pieno di polvere. Polvere anche dietro al letto. Distanza dal centro a piedi.

Für ein paar Nächte in Ordnung aber für länger definitiv zu klein (mit 4 köpfiger Familie)

Die Lage war super, zum Strand nicht Mal 5 Minuten, Geschirr war ausreichend da, der Ausblick auch sehr toll, direkter Meerblick

Die Schlafcouch war leider sehr unbequem und quietschig... Das Hochbett im Flur ist auch so semi gut...wenn die Kinder schlafen kann man nicht mehr auf die Toilette und die Glastüre zum Flur ist auch etwas unbedacht wenn dort ein Bett steht.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Ausstattung könnte besser sein. Lage zum Strand perfekt

Es war sauber und die Unterkunft hat die perfekte Lage. Man steht morgens auf und hat einen direkten Blick zum Meer. Wenn man nur ein paar Tage bleiben möchte, ist die Unterkunft gut. Im Großen und ganzen waren wir ganz zufrieden.

Das Bad ist sehr sehr klein. Vor allem die Tür der Dusche ist so klein, das man Probleme hat reinzukommen. Kein Toilettenpapier oder Handtuchhalter vorhanden. Es fehlten an Besteck kleine Löffel und Gabel. Die Fußbodenheizung ist an…es ist Juni, es waren 27c draußen und in der Wohnung war es sehr warm unsere Tochter hat jeden Abend geschwitzt beim schlafen. Den Hochstuhl könnte man aufbauen und an den Tisch stellen. Wir haben durch Zufall das Gestell zu dem Sitz im Schrank gefunden und mussten ihn selbst zusammenbauen…

Super Lage. Das Meer ist nur eine Straße entfernt.

Die Schlafmöglichkeiten sind alle sehr unbequem. Im Flur steht ein Etagenbett. Dieses ist sehr unbequem und es ist dort sehr heiß. Das ausklappbare Sofa ist wahrscheinlich so alt wie das Gebäude. Es quietscht fürchterlich und ist Mega unbequem. Geputzt wird nur oberflächlich. An den Fließen im Bad war Zahnpasta von den vorherigen Gästen und die Heizung im Bad ist voller Staub.

Die Temperatur ließ sich nicht regeln, im Flur wo Die Kinder schlafen war es sehr heiß und stickig. Die Kissen waren unbequem.

De ligging is goed. Het zicht op de zee is fijn. De douche was goed.

De keuken uitrusting was minimaal. (Geen schaar aanwezig, amper 2 koffie-lepeltjes, geen stop voor de watersteen. De vaatwas werkt matig. De dampkap is vuil). We hadden 2x zeer luidruchtige buren. Het was er ook veel te warm en je kon de temperatuur niet zelf regelen. De stofzuiger is zeer vuil en zuigt niet. De deurbel heeft geen afdekplaatje, gevaarlijk voor het kind dat boven slaapt.
