Location was amazing. We were over for a match, and my husband was delighted. There were numerous shops within walking distance, and a decent gym if thats your thing. Bed was v comfortable itself. Wonderful shower.

Only a few things let it down - the pillows were horrendous. Pancake like - we had to get quite creative with cushions - they really need replacing with possibly a few extras for those of us who prefer more. Also, disappointed to notice that there wasnt a mattress protector on the mattress. Very unusual in this day. Heating was a bit weird. only one on a timer and the bedroom one wasnt, so was a bit chilly until we switched on.

Location was great if you are watching the football game. There are some restaurants and a Tesco nearby. The apartment was nice, but some of the blinds were broken in the bedroom and let the sunlight in.

The check-in process was awful, possibly the worst I have ever experienced. The manager arranged to meet me at 8:45, but once I arrived nobody was there. No code to get into the lobby, and no message to say they were running late. 20 minutes go by and finally messages were answered through the booking app. Apparently the host was helping another guest - great but please let me know, give me the code to the lobby so I was not waiting out in the cold. Also, the code to the building could only have access if you pressed a button first then the code and another, and it wasn't clear, please consider putting instructions on the outside as I wasn't the only person who had trouble. Overall, customer service was very poor. The only way to reach them was by phone, if you are international and don't have a working phone, don't bother because they will leave you out in the cold and won't answer.
