Excellent location, close to the old trafford stadium. The room is clean, and the staff respond quickly when there are issues.
The water heater doesn’t work very well and only provides hot water for a short period of time.

The location was perfect for us. It was close by to everything we needed. It had a Tesco a few mins walking distance away that was really handy. The only thing to be wary of is that it's close to both the Old Trafford football and cricket ground. One of the nights there was a cricket match on and it resulted in a road closure that took us to the apartment. We had to follow a diversion but it wasn't a major issue.
The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the showers were very good.
The apartment has secure entry and parking on site. We were on the 8th floor and the lifts were always available and very quick.
Overall it was really good and I would use it again if I travel back to Manchester
