Guest verification

All guests must complete the Guest Verification Portal before check-in.



The process includes:

• Identity verification

• Signing the rental agreement

• Accepting the damage waiver



Once verification is complete, the Guest Portal will provide:

• Key collection instructions

• KeyNest collection code

• Property access information

• Apartment details

• Parking and barrier access instructions

Guests are encouraged to complete verification before travelling to avoid delays in receiving their check-in information.



Key collection

• Keys are collected from a designated KeyNest store approximately 3–5 minutes from the apartment.

• The KeyNest location, collection code, and full collection instructions will be provided through the Guest Portal once verification is complete.

• Please allow enough time to collect the keys before traveling to the apartment, and ensure collection is completed within the KeyNest store's opening hours, 7:00 am – 11 pm only.

• Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.



Parking

• Free on-site parking is included for one car.

• Allocated parking space: Bay 23

• Vehicle access to the car park is controlled by a secure barrier. Full barrier access and parking instructions will be provided through the Guest Portal before arrival.

• Guests must park only in Bay 23 during their stay.
